7 DAY TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1
- Welcoming guests at the airport.
- Pick up Bandaranayake International Airport or from Hotel in Colombo.
- Proceed to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage - Nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian Elephants.
- Proceed to Dambulla Cave Temple - Known as Golden Temple of Dambulla - Sri Lanka, Largest Rock Temple.
- Overnight stay in Sigiriya or Habarana as you wish.
Day 2
- After breakfast visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress also known as Lion Rock, an astonishing feat of Engineering and construction, an ancient palace complex built during the reign of king.
- Proceed to Village tour / Cow Cart Riding.
- Overnight stay in Sigiriya or Habarana as you wish.
Day 3
- After breakfast visit Polonaruwa Ancient City. The Kingdom from which the Sri Lankan King ruled the Island from the 18th Century.
- Proceed to visit Parakrama Lake.
- Safari in Mineriya National Park.
- Overnight stay in Sigiriya or Habarana as you wish.
Day 4
- After breakfast travel to Kandy.
- Visit Spice and Herbal Garden / Kandy City Tour.
- Visit the Temple of Tooth Relic - considered the foremost sacred place of worship in the Buddhist faith.
- Witness the cultural dance at night - it is one of the most famous events not to be missed.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 5
- After breakfast visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, the largest Botanical Gardens in Sri Lanka - Known for the variety of orchids.
- Proceed to Nuwara Eliya - on the way visit Tea Plantation - The breathtaking green Scenery hills full of tea.
- Also can visit Ramboda Falls - A 109 meter high falls the 11th highest falls in Sri Lanka.
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 6
- Early morning hiking on Horton Plains National Park, also called As Worlds End.
- It is a protected area in the highland of Sri Lanka and covered by mountain grassland And cloud forest.
- Proceed to Nuwara Eliya city tour.
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 7
- After breakfast go to Nuwara Eliya Train Station for the train journey from Nuwara Eliya to Ella.
- Magnificent views along the way. Pick up at Ella Train Station.
- Also can visit Rawana Water Falls (Devon Water Falls).
- Proceed to travel Down South / Visit Stick Fishermen in Koggala / Turtle Farm in Koggala.
- Drop to Unawatuna or Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel as guests wish.
